Steps
- Open ChatGPT and go to your GPTs.
- Edit the GPT you want to save.
- On the Configure tab, copy the Instructions box into a text file.
- Also copy the description, conversation starters, and the list of enabled capabilities.
- Save the file somewhere outside ChatGPT.
Then
